Fight Back Against Toxins!!!

Volcanic Mineral Defends the Health of Your Cells
Thousands of years ago, volcanoes rose from the sea, dividing continents, creating mountains and forming much of the land as we know it. As these volcanoes erupted, molten lava and thick ash poured into the sea. The combination of thick ash and the salt from the sea caused a chemical reaction, and over thousands of years, precious minerals like zeolites began to form in the hardened lava.

What's a Zeolite & How Does It Work?

For centuries, the powdered forms of specific zeolites have been used as traditional remedies throughout Asia to promote overall health and well being. The story of the "volcanic rocks" has been passed down from generation-to-generation as more and more people have experienced its life-changing benefits.

Zeolites are natural volcanic minerals with an unique, complex crystalline structure. It's honeycomb framework of cavities and channels (like cages) works at the cellular level trapping, heavy metals and toxins. In fact, because it is one of the few negatively charged minerals in nature, zeolites act as magnets drawing toxins to it, capturing them in its cage and removing them from the body.

Calorie Control

Control Calories

• Avoid overeating. Eat only when hungry and just until you're full.

• Moderation! Eat a variety of foods that you enjoy, but watch serving sizes.

• Eat slowly and chew your food well. This allows you to realize you are full before you overeat.

• Don't automatically have second helpings, unless it's a low-calorie vegetable or fruit.

• Decrease your fat and sugar intake and your caloric intake will likely decrease.

• Eat in a relaxed environment. It takes about 20 minutes after you begin eating for your mind to realize that you are full.

12 week weight loss program that works!!!

I personally created this program for the serious, motivated, non excuse using person who wants to change! If you stick to this program it is proven to shed the fat and tone the muscles so that you can get ready for the summer.

Randy Smith is one of my dedicated clients. Randy came to me never been in a gym or worked out in his life. He is 48 years old with a family. He's also a business owner with part ownership of Smith Built Homes in Knoxville, Tn.

Randy came to me November 26 2007 wanting to start a weight loss program that will help him lose weight and also put on some muscle. He told me he's been going to the gym walking on the treadmill and doing some strength training on machine with diagram explaining how to use them. He did this for 2 months and finally decided to see me to design him a program that will fit his life style because what he was doing wasn't working.

Today is Febuary 6 2008 and Randy has lost more than 20 lbs on my weight loss program. That is Awsome!!! I tip my hat off to him for making this big change to increase the quality of his life in just 11 weeks.
Do you want Randy's work out?
