Working smarter not harder for weight loss

Are you one of those people that kill yourself in the gym because it's all about the sweat and calorie burn? If your goal is to lose weight and you're one of these people, youn are on the wrong track! It's true that when you burn calories you lose weight, but the problem is when you burn calories at too high of an intensity level this could keep you from acheiving weight loss.

Try my simple and effective way to weight loss and tell me what you think.

First thing is the warm-up, your body doesn't start burning calories until about 20 minutes into your workout so this part is very important. If you're doing weight training already that's GREAT! Consider this to be your warm up. Go ahead and do your weight training first. Why you may ask? Because when you weight train you work at a high intensity while building muscle which helps you burn more of the calories throughout your body.

Now after your warm up or weight training program you'll train in THE FAT BURN ZONE!

What is the fat burn zone? This is the effective way to lose the poundage which puts you in about 60 - 70% of your max heart rate. The hardest part about staying in this zone is the feeling that you're not working hard enough. TRUST IT!!!!!!! What's happening is your body is now taking calories from your fat cells instead of your muscles. So if you're looking in the mirror and see some areas you would like to get rid of then try this weight loss now program and watch the fat dissappear.
