INCREASE ENERGY, BOOST AEROBIC ENDURANCE, ACCELERATE POST RECOVERY, INCREASE MUSCLE SIZE

ANTIOXIDANTS

Why? – Oxidative Stress – Cells in your body generate trillions of biochemical reactions daily. In the process, they also generate free radicals, unstable oxygen molecules that have lost an electron. These Volatile molecules cruise through your body, trying to stabilize themselves by stealing electrons from other molecules. When they succeed they create still more free radicals and healthy tissues are damaged in the process.

Anything that increases metabolism, whether it’s pumping iron or running on the treadmill, increases free radical production. This oxidative stress diverts energy from muscle building to muscle repairing. It also slows the rate of recovery after hard workouts. The only way to slow the process is with antioxidants—substances in foods or supplements that block the free-radical cascade.

Plan to eat, or plan to fail. The best source of antioxidants is a well-balanced diet. Especially when you’re doing serious training, eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables daily. They contain every one of the antioxidants your body needs, in a form that’s probably more effective than what’s available from supplements.

For Extra insurance, take the following whole food that is said to be the next best thing to fruits and vegtables with breakfast, and again with the last meal of the day.

i. Juice Plus Fruits – Take in the morning
ii. Juice Plus Vegi – Take with the last meal of the day

Amino Acids

· There are three of them: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine. They’re naturally occurring molecules that the body uses to build proteins. Most men don’t need to supplement with branched-chain amino acids because they’re readily available in the diet. However, men doing high-intensity, high – volume workouts might benefit from supplements because preliminary research suggests that they may help sustain muscular strength and stamina by enhancing protein synthesis in liver and muscle cells.

· Serious lifters often take branched-chain amino acids because they appear to help repair muscle microtears and enance recovery after hard workouts.

· The optimal dose hasn’t been determined. The standard recommendation is to take 1 to 5 grams daily.

Essential Fatty Acids

· The Omega -3 and omega-6 fatty acids—nutrients that the body can’t produce on its own, and which have an enormous range of health benefits, including heart-disease prevention, less joint pain and inflammation, and possibly improved lipolysis, the breakdown of fat that can result in less visible flab.
· Essential fatty acids reduce inflammation; they may help you recover from workouts more quickly.
· Most important EFA’s are the Omea-3’s. In the diet, you can get plenty of Omega-3’s from fish.
· For supplemental amounts, take Flaxseed oil (1 tablespoon for every 75 to 10 pounds of body weight), fish oil (2 to 3 grams daily if you’re on the lean side, or 6 to 9 grams if you’re heavier), and extra-virgin olive oil (2 to 4 tablespoons daily).

The 5 Flat Belly Foods

The 5 Flat Belly Foods

These 5 ingredients will truly transform your body, not to mention lengthen your life.

To the ancient Greeks, olive oil was liquid gold. For the Aztecs, chocolate was sacred. Almonds were prized by Egypt's pharaohs, and avocados have symbolized fertility for centuries. These can't-live-without-'em foods share more than history; they also share unique health properties. They're packed with monounsaturated fatty acids (also known as MUFAs, pronounced MOO-fahs), those good-for-you fats that protect you from chronic disease and, according to new research, can help you lose fat, specifically around your middle. That's why they're at the heart of the Flat Belly Diet, a unique Prevention-tested weight loss plan.

There are five major categories of MUFAs: (1) oils, (2) nuts and seeds, (3) avocado, (4) olives, and (5) chocolate. Eating one serving of any of these foods at every meal will help reduce your accumulation of dangerous belly fat; control your calorie intake and you'll lose inches and pounds, too--especially around your waistline. These mouth-watering recipes make it easy. Each portion contains high levels of MUFA, plus serving suggestions that allow you to create a meal that contains around 400 calories--enough to control your hunger and boost your energy without exceeding your daily needs. You can easily fit these meals into the Flat Belly Diet menu plans, but even if you're not following the diet, you can still enjoy the rich flavor of MUFAs and their numerous health benefits. For centuries, these foods and fats have been hard to resist.

3 Easy Fat Burning Tips

3 FAT BURNING TIPS

Exercise makes you really, really hungry. You want to fuel your body when you work out of course, but not with mammoth brownies or seconds of pasta, or giant protein shakes you could swim in. A better idea: Understand the source of your raging appetite. Exercise is believed to trigger the release of a hunger-boosting hormone called ghrelin (it sounds like gremlin for a reason). It’s meant to protect the body from losing too much weight too quickly, but considering most gyms practically have a food court these days, that’s not a danger most of us face.

Here’s how I keep the ghrelins at bay:

Snack First, Sweat LaterTwenty minutes later, to be exact. Exercising on an empty stomach lowers blood sugar, which can increase your appetite so you inhale your food later. You can always go for that pre-workout stalwart, a banana, but I’m not a huge fan, so I reach for about 4 ounces of yogurt or another carb-rich snack instead.

Take Preemptive Notes Writing down everything you consume is a proven way to lose weight, but try this trick: Do it before you eat. Seeing what you’re about to put in your mouth—on paper—gives you instant perspective. Case in point: “Turkey sandwich plus two bags of chips plus a soda plus five of those cookies my co-worker brought it.” Would you eat all that? I think not.

Drink Lots of Water—On the RocksStudies show people who drink water regularly eat 200 fewer calories a day. (Here are some other sneaky tips to get rid of extra calories.) If you make it ice-cold, you may even burn extra calories without trying—researchers in Germany found that drinking six glasses of ice water a day can raise you metabolism by 50 calories. I’ll drink (a whole lotta frigid H20) to that!

HEART HEALTH & DIABETES

The acai berry may possess the best of both the French paradox and the Mediterranean diet when it comes to heart health because of its stellar array of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
12. May help prevent causes of heart disease: The berry contains the antioxidants known as polyphenols, a principal source of heart protection. One anthocyanin, cyanidin-3-glucoside, may improve the production of nitric oxide (NO) in endothelial cells. NO allows blood vessel walls to relax and expand, resulting in less stress on the heart, decreased risk of vessel blockage and increased blood flow.
13. Reduces bad cholesterol: In addition to its high antioxidant content, acai is rich in essential fatty acids (EFAs). A large body of research indicates that EFAa help reduce harmful LDL cholesterol while supporting levels of the beneficial HDL cholesterol, which can lead to better blood circulation.
14. Sterols may lower blood pressure (BP): Sterols are components of plant cell membranes providing numerous benefits to the human body. Sterols are sometimes used to treat symptoms associated with BP.
15. Protects blood vessels: The anthocyanins in acai protect small and large blood vessels, including veins, arteries and capallaries.
16. In diabetes: Weak capillaries can lead to a condition called retinopathy, which often leads to blindness. Acai helps protect capillaries.
17. Diabetes relief: Acai’s low glycemic index improves glucose and lipid levels in diabetics.
18. Weight Control: Its low glycemic index also helps acai control appetite and delay hunger, which can help individuals trying to lose weight.

GALVANIZES THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

19. Acai can improve resistance to disease: By boosting the immune system, acai’s rich nutrient profile helps boost the body’s natural defenses.
20. Improved function of immune cells: Recent published in the International Journal of Sports Medicine indicate that acai’s beta-sitosterol prevents immune suppression and modulates lymphocyte activity.
21. Prevents free-radical damage to the immune system: Free radical damage (or oxidation) is one of the primary causes of immune weakness or dysfunction.
22. Antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal: Acai can reduce the frequency of infectious diseases.
23. Acts as an antimutagenic: Acai’s antioxidant properties help prevent damage to DNA, which lowers the risks posed by carcinogens and mutagens.

AID FOR THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

24. Improves digestion: Acai’s dietary fiber helps promote the health of the digestive tract, including the colon.
25. Overcomes acid-reflux disease (GERD): The braod array of antioxidants in acai may help protect and repair the lower esophagus damaged by GERD, and its acid-suppression effects reduce the acidity of stomach contents when reflux does occur.
26. Heals ulcers: The antibacterial properties of acai kill bad bacteria, fungi and parasites, inlcuding H. pylori. the ulcer causing bacteria.
27. Helps relieve symptoms of Crohn’s disease: Acai’s anti-inflammatory abilities may prevent the malabsorption of vital nutrients by preventing

SKIN CARE

The antioxidants in acai feed the skin and help it build and replenish itself. Acai contains more than double the daily dose of natural vitamin E, which is essential for tissue generation.
28. Improves skin tone: Acai’s phytosterols help reduce the erosion of the skin’s protective coating.
29. Defends against premature wrinkles: Because it is so high in anthocyanins and phytosterals, acai helps protect connective tissues, including collagen.
30. Acts as an astringent: Astringents are substances that contract, shrink or tighten body tisses, indcluding skin. Astringents can be used to stop bleeding in small cuts or to give the skin a fresh, tingling feeling.

DISEASE FIGHTER

31. May thwart cancer: The antioxidant protection of acai berry may lower cancer risks for several types, including breats, lung, skin and stomach cancers, by neutralizing free radicals before they can damage cells.
32. Reduces arthritis pain: Anti-inflammatory properties of acai may offer relief for arthritis sufferers.
33. Relieves symptoms of asthma: Acai’s vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties found to improve asthma symptoms.
34. May reduce risk of Alzheimer’s disease: A 2004 study from the Archives of Neurology found a reduced risk of Alzheimer’s disease with increased amounts of vitamins C and E, found in acai.

OTHER HEALTH ADVANTAGES OF ACAI

35. Aids vision: The beta-carotene and vitamin C in acai promote eye health, including reducing the complications of macular degeneration in diabetes.
36. Helps maintain healthy teeth and gums: The calcium in acai may mean a whiter smile and stronger teeth, as well as the prevention of gingivitis and other gum diseases.
37. Improves mental clarity: Acai’s omega-3 fats are crucial for proper mental function and alertness.

Acai has great potential as an antioxidant supplement because research shows it has a great activity and possibly more benefits than other fruits and vegetables with antioxidant properties. The little fruit from the Amazon may have the best overall antioxidant profile to date.

My Testimonial

I got my "product" on April, 25 2008 I started my trial.

Well, I must say, I am a bit surprised at my experience thus far. The "product" comes in bottles that look like wine bottles. It is liquidy but has texture. It is not viscous. It has fluidity to it. Not pulpy though. It is quite hard to explain.
It has an acidic taste that I wasn't expecting. At first I wasn't so sure about it. But it is actually not too bad. I wouldn't call it delicious, but it certainly doesn't taste bad. It's just different.
The very first drink I took gave me an immediate rush. Almost like a jump start. I was definitely NOT expecting it. Today, I found myself looking at the ingredients to see if caffeine is added to it. It doesn’t' look like it. But it gives me a rush all day long. An energy boost others said it would. I guess, so far, I believe them.
I'm actually quite surprised by that. At work, I am a coffee addict. During the day, a constant stream of hot coffee, just to keep going. Since last week, I have cut my consumption by about 2/3.
I actually don't feel like drinking coffee all day long. The strange thing is I don't consider myself addicted to caffeine. When I'm not working, I can go several weeks without coffee and have no withdrawal. So my immediate explanation would be that the juice makes me not want to drink coffee.
The "jacked up" feeling can be good or bad. I made the mistake of taking it before I went to bed the other day, but I thought ( like any good American) to do the opposite of what the doctor said to.
When I'm busy, I can go 12-13 hours without even an ounce of food. I did this the other day, but found I wasn't even hungry when I got home. No weight loss for me, but if you knew me I am in pretty good shape and probably never lose weight because I have no weight to lose. I have noticed a subtle change in my hunger pattern. My over all impression: Quite an energy boost. I checked my pulse and its still normal. I am still feeling it out though. My suggestion is don't take it before bed. I must say, the taste has grown on me. I still feel full of energy. In fact I have noticed a lack of fatigue when waking up in the morning. Waking up has been a breeze. I normally have achy (to the point of pain) lower back and shoulders after extended periods of time in one position while sleeping. Remarkable, these aches have subsided. Gone, completely. I'm not yet convinced that this is the result of the drink, but it sure makes me wonder. I don't have any other plausible explanation as of yet. I've had these dang achy lower back and shoulders for years. For that matter, I've had achy knees as well from an ACL Tear. To this date this cold winter and I have not had a single pain in my knees. I am, to say the least, a bit surprised at my results thus far. Surprised enough to keep going. 2 weeks in and my skepticism is declining. Don't ask me why. But this stuff has me scratching my head.
Oh, And I'm down to 2-3 cups of coffee a day at work.

Well, 3 weeks in and I'm currently content. No pain in my shoulders or knees for a couple weeks now. A remarkable feat for me. I still wake up full of energy. I sleep well. I am happy with my results so far.Others who have tried this describe the ability to work out harder and longer with less body fatigue. "Wear and tear" feeling. I’ve notice in my workouts my recovery time and strength has improved so much with out taking any other supplementation! This is huge for me!!!

Now I am very excited about Monavie and this “Acai Berry”

Please Contact me if you would like to try Monavie for yourself and make your own claims from this Great Product “MONAVIE”.

Fight Back Against Toxins!!!

Volcanic Mineral Defends the Health of Your Cells
Thousands of years ago, volcanoes rose from the sea, dividing continents, creating mountains and forming much of the land as we know it. As these volcanoes erupted, molten lava and thick ash poured into the sea. The combination of thick ash and the salt from the sea caused a chemical reaction, and over thousands of years, precious minerals like zeolites began to form in the hardened lava.

What's a Zeolite & How Does It Work?

For centuries, the powdered forms of specific zeolites have been used as traditional remedies throughout Asia to promote overall health and well being. The story of the "volcanic rocks" has been passed down from generation-to-generation as more and more people have experienced its life-changing benefits.

Zeolites are natural volcanic minerals with an unique, complex crystalline structure. It's honeycomb framework of cavities and channels (like cages) works at the cellular level trapping, heavy metals and toxins. In fact, because it is one of the few negatively charged minerals in nature, zeolites act as magnets drawing toxins to it, capturing them in its cage and removing them from the body.

Key Benefits

  • Helps remove heavy metals, toxins and other substances from the body.*

  • Supports a healthy immune system.*

  • Helps balance pH levels in the body.*

  • 100 percent natural and non-toxic.*

  • Safe for long-term use.*
